Accommodation

EPIC11 will cover all accommodation cost. Everyone is expected to arrive on November 18 for a networking dinner that starts at 19:00 and leave on November 20, after the Regional Pilot Training, or on November 21, if no late flights are available.

How to get to the hotel:

- From Athens Airport: Approx 45 minutes by taxi.

- From Athens airport: 52 Minutes by public transportation. Take M3 at the airport until Panepistimio stop, then 4 minutes walk to the hotel. 

Athens is a very busy city, and traffic congestion is common throughout the day. We highly recommend using public transportation for your convenience.

Transport: 

All transport and travel costs will be fully reimbursed by EPIC11. 

Travel reimbursement:

EPIC11 offers reimbursement for travel expenses. Please refer to the Reimbursement Policy Events to determine the extent of eligible costs and utilise the provided EPIC11 invoice template accordingly. Once completed, please send the filled-in invoice to gfa-invoice@gfa-group.de

 

Materials and Equipment

We will provide all necessary workshop materials, including handouts, worksheets, and writing materials. However, please bring along any personal items you may need, such as a notepad, pens, and a laptop if required based on the workshop agenda. 

Meals and Refreshments

Meals and refreshments will be offered throughout the workshop. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks each day. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, kindly inform the event managers in advance. Therefore, per diem are not applicable.
