Travel Reimbursement
EPIC11 offers reimbursement for travel expenses. Please refer to the Reimbursement Policy to determine the extent of eligible costs and utilise the provided Invoice template accordingly. Once completed, please send the filled-in invoice to gfa-invoice@gfa-group.de.
Materials and Equipment
We will provide all necessary workshop materials, including handouts, worksheets, and writing materials. However, please bring along any personal items you may need, such as a notepad, pens, and a laptop if required based on the workshop agenda.
The workshop will be held mainly in English.
Meals and Refreshments
Meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop. This includes lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks each day. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, kindly specify in the registration form. Therefore, per diem are not applicable.
