The EPH pre-conference Exchange Visit will take place at the Lisbon Congress Centre. 

Accommodation is provided by EPIC11 for every participant from 11 to 13 November (2 nights) at Melia Lisbon Airport. The airport is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel; this will permit the participants to arrive easily in the late afternoon of 11 November and leave early morning on the 13 November. 

A networking dinner will be organized on the 11 november at the hotel.

Transfer (via minibus) on the morning of 12 November from the hotel to the conference venue is provided by EPIC11.

The departure from the hotel is settled for 8am in front of the hotel entrance. The return time will be decided based on the end of the meeting on 12 November.

Travel reimbursement:

EPIC11 offers reimbursement for travel expenses. Please refer to the Reimbursement Policy Events to determine the extent of eligible costs and utilise the provided invoice template accordingly. Once completed, please send the filled-in invoice to gfa-invoice@gfa-group.de.
