The National Workshop will take place at Epoque Hotel, Intrarea Aurora 17C, 010213 București București, Romania, on 28-29 October 2025.
Participants are expected to join a networking dinner on 28 October.
Materials and Equipment:
We will provide all necessary workshop materials, including handouts, worksheets, and writing materials. However, please bring along any personal items you may need, such as a notepad, pens, and a laptop if required based on the workshop agenda.
Meals and Refreshments:
Meals and refreshments will be offered throughout the workshop. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and two coffee breaks per day. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, kindly inform the event managers in advance.
Travel arrangements:
The organisers are responsible for arranging your travel. Please inform the organisers if you need any support with the transportation.
Travel reimbursement:
The project offers reimbursement for travel expenses. Please refer to the Reimbursement Policy Events to determine the extent of eligible costs and utilise the provided invoice template accordingly. Once completed, please send the filled-in invoice to gfa-invoice@gfa-group.de.
